Kids Love CrossFit Bloomfield
Kids ages 3-12 absolutely love CFB! All CFB Kids fitness programs are designed to be incredibly fun and intended for children in this age group. As children taking part in CFB don’t necessarily realize they’re exercising, they fully engage and participate in entertaining games and exercises that also challenge them.
For younger children ages 3-6, we work on coordination, agility, balance. Children ages 7-12 develop these skills along with endurance, stamina, strength, power, speed and accuracy.
Fun Is the Name of the Game
Examples of fun CFB activities geared toward kids:

Our philosophy is to integrate fitness into known games/sports. For example, in CFB Bowling, when you don’t bowl a spare, you do 3 push-ups for each pin remaining. In CFB DodgeBall, when you get hit by a red ball, you do 5 pull-ups, etc.
A journal is kept for every child, so results are tracked and progress is measurable.
