Bootcamp/CrossFit Lite is similar to a regular CrossFit class in that it is constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements. However, we will focus mainly on Metabolic Conditioning (MetCon) with scaled down weights or body weight movements. This class is a great introduction to what a regular CrossFit workout would be like, just a little lighter.
So who is Bootcamp & CrossFit Lite best suited for?
1. People that want to try CrossFit, but might be a little too intimidated.
2. If you are just getting back into the swing of working out and improving your health.
3. People that might be focused more on cardio and body awareness before wanting to touch upon strength and power.
You do not need to complete an introductory session or On Ramp to come to CrossFit Lite. All we ask is that you commit yourself to 8 weeks of hard work and determination and we will provide the tools to give you a kick ass workout!
