The mission of the CrossFit Bloomfield XL Club is to provide a place both on Facebook and here at the studio for overweight individuals to find an approachable way to begin a CrossFit program. Share your success stories, questions, tips and personal achievements to help keep the group motivated!

We acknowledge that beginning a fitness a program can be intimidating, especially with the challenges obesity presents. We’re here to make sure you are comfortable but also pushing yourself so you can begin to make that progress. We have plenty of experience among our group here in beginning a program and overcoming the mental barriers that come along with it.
