Kristi Plain had tried almost every fitness regimen: Gyms, circuit training, kickboxing – even boot camps. But minor injuries kept knocking her out of the game for weeks at a time.
She found CrossFit Bloomfield through an ad, watched the video on this website and decided to take the challenge. She instantly sensed that the coaches “got her” and their focus on form and functional movements proved to be just the prescription she needed.
One year later, she had grown stronger and looked and felt more fit than ever, inspiring her to pursue coaching. As a trainer, she is energized by helping members to work toward their goals and achieve personal gains during one of the best and most important hours of their day.
