Are you Procrastinating?

Everyone goes through the following phases of procrastination:

“I will start working out tomorrow”
“I will start eating better”
“I will lose weight once the holidays are over”
“I will fix the leak in the kitchen”
“I will go visit a family member”
“I will get that next project done”

Are you doing anything about it? Probably not. What are you waiting for? What is holding you back?

It is not I will. It is I WILL DO IT! Take action now! Now is the time! Your health and wellness is more important than anything. If you take that 1st step, you might surprise yourself! All you need to do is start a game plan. Start with 1 item on your to do list and get going. Rome wasn’t built in a day.

BE COMMITTED. BE ACCOUNTABLE.
We as coaches are here for you. Let us HELP you get through those procrastinators. We have been there before. We know and understand what you are going through. Let us help you be holding you accountable. At CrossFit Bloomfield we have a facility that is non-intimidating, fun, and challenging for everyone.

Take advantage of our resources. Ask a lot of questions. Something might just click and you will see the “aha” moment.
