- How long have you been doing CrossFit?
A little more than 4 months
- Why do you CrossFit?
At first just to get stronger but now I go because it’s a great stress reliever and I just love it at this point
- What is your favorite movement?
My favorite movement is front squats because it’s the one I’ve improved the most on.
- What is your least favorite movement?
Double unders because I still struggle to do more than one in a row
- Do you follow a particular diet to fuel your training? Favorite foods?
Gluten free for the most part but nothing super strict. I’m about to start the nutrition challenge so I’ll be following that. My favorite food is a good burger
- What are your short-term goals?
Learn to do handstand pushups
- What are your long-term goals?
Be able to do RX for all of the workouts
- What is your biggest achievement at CFB?
Gaining weight and watching myself get stronger and stronger every day
