At CrossFit Bloomfield we’re now offering CrossFit Lite classes. The focus of these high intensity bootcamp style classes is metabolic conditioning, eschewing the barbells for lighter weights and body weight movements. We’ll play with the prowler, battling ropes, slam balls, dumbbells and a little bit of TRX too. Come for a free trial class and see that ‘Lite’ does not mean ‘easy.’
Our CrossFit Lite program is targeted at all fitness levels. It can be a great introduction to CrossFit, as well as a fantastic addition for current CrossFitters who are looking for more cardio-based workouts.

- You want to workout every day, but find yourself sore and injured from overtraining. Lite WODs will still leave you a sweaty, panting mess, but by dialing back the weight, will let your body recover from heavy deadlifts and snatches.
- You want to get fit, fast. Lite WODs are lighter and faster than regular CrossFit WODs, making them a fantastic conditioning tool to complement your CrossFit training, increase your cardiovascular fitness and promote fat loss. Do your regular class, then stay for Lite.
